Not everything is an emergency
I'll expand this on future entries, but for now:
Some people tend to like... Panic over things that can be done for later, whether in a few days or even minutes. Including speaking up. At least express yourself why you feel that way, if you can't see why you should wait and listen or observe the situation. Sometimes our emotions get our Point Of View fogged, and it's more evident the more intense they get. Don't get too submissive at them.
There are times and places where you can go more wild, if you assumed I was saying "you should bottle up". At the same time, it's also about learning when and how to calm down, else your emotions will cause an explosion, or implosion. We all have our unique methods, so do pay attention intrinsic and extrinsically. And ask for help if you do run out of patience despite your current knowledge.
With better emotional intelligence, your daily life will go more smoothly. Some days more effectively than others, never forget that.
